Booking & Payment

>>Bookings can be made directly via our website, by contacting the host, or through third-party platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.

>>A valid payment method is required to confirm your reservation.

>>Prices are subject to seasonal variations and availability.

Check-In / Check-Out

>>Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

>>Alternate times can be arranged directly with the host, subject to availability.

>>Late check-outs may incur a fee unless previously agreed.

Cancellation Policy

>>For direct bookings, cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund.

>>Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival may incur a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the total booking amount).

>>For third-party bookings, their platform-specific cancellation policies will apply.

House Rules

>>No smoking is permitted inside the retreat, the studio apartment, or near farm buildings.

>>Guests must respect the peace and privacy of other visitors and the surrounding environment.

>>Children must be supervised at all times, especially around animals and fencing.

Pets

>>Pets are not permitted

Damages & Liability

>>Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

>>Saint Cloud Retreat is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their belongings during their stay.

Use of Facilities

>>Guests are welcome to interact with our farm animals but must follow host instructions for safety.

>>Any photography or commercial use of the retreat or its surroundings requires prior approval.
