A warm welcome you'll get from ex-racehorses Niko & Peekay on your way to your accommodation where the mesmerising panorama of ocean and escarpment broadens to over 270 degrees.

The Retreat

Available to you is exclusive use of a private and fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment set below the main family farm home, where from every room you can see cattle grazing on rolling green hills. With a private entrance and gentle 100m walk from your car get set for stunning sunrises over the ocean right in front of you and equally spectacular sunsets behind Saddleback Mountain, not to mention the big moons and starry nights. Flowing on from the living area is a large patio with a huge private grassed area where guests have been known to fly kites, picnic on, play soccer and cricket or you may prefer to have a staring match with alpacas Max & Pedro.

The Studio

Our Studio is an addition to "The Retreat" that offers tranquillity & a unique farm stay experience for 1-2 guests. Entirely self contained with cooking facilities including oven & newly decorated with Smart TV. Equipped with all that you need for a one night escape or a week holiday, use the studio as a place to rest whilst travelling the local Kiama / Jamberoo & South Coast or book in addition to the full retreat. Enquire about discounts applicable when booking both "The Retreat" and "The Studio" together.

Our Studio is an addition to "The Retreat" that offers tranquillity & a unique farm stay experience for 1-2 guests. Entirely self contained with cooking facilities including oven & newly decorated with Smart TV. Equipped with all that you need for a one night escape or a week holiday, use the studio as a place to rest whilst travelling the local Kiama / Jamberoo & South Coast or book in addition to the full retreat. Turn LEFT and within 6 minutes you'll be in Kiama where you will find an array of restaurants and cafes, the famous Blow Hole and Light house, Woolworths, beaches and a great place to re-connect with friends and family.

Turn RIGHT and in 10 minutes you'll get to the sleepy town of Jamberoo, IGA , quint bakery, the iconic Jamberoo pub and further on the Minnamurra Rainforest and the famous Jamberoo Water Fun Park.

The Kiama Municipality includes so many great coastal walks and hikes, including the Kiama Coastal Walk to Gerringong and the Minnamurra Rainforest Walk.

Stunning Beaches

Kiama is full of amazing beaches including the famous Surf Beach, Bombo Beach and The Boneyard. Here you'll find blue water, plenty of surfers enjoying the salt water and lots of room to build sandcastles.

Our South Coast region is home to a number of quality winery’s all within 20-30 minutes drive. The closest being Crooked River Winery which makes for a great lunch or dinner as well.

"The Retreat" sleeping 4 guests set below the main Farm Family home with all the mod cons! Sit on your patio pod chairs & enjoy the spectacular rolling hills, farms and ocean views, feeling right at home with our well equipped spaces. 

"The Studio" is in addition that offers tranquillity & a unique farm stay experience for 1-2 guests. A one bedroom space, entirely self contained located at the top of the property which can be booked in conjunction with the Retreat to sleep a total of 6 people plus extra space for children. (Multi pricing available when booking both)

The place is immaculate clean and well presented. Beds out of this world comfortable. Bathroom adequate. Coffee provided, The animals make the experience unique. Sandra and Arthur were so kind from the moment I booked the accommodation. Informative, helpful and super kind. Sandra had baked goods for us and eggs from their own chicken coup. My children , husband and I all loved it. Picnic worthy scenery and just super relaxing and peaceful. the animals are all so well behaved and the farm is extremely clean. You don't fell like you are on far!

I also note that I had trouble with my son one of the nights and Sandra was so kind to be available and have things that I needed at almost midnight. the hosts are truly gems and this getaway is one you'll never forget. highly recommend!!!
